Board Member Responsibilities/Commitment:

• Three year term beginning January 2017
• Attend monthly board meeting - 3rd Wednesday of each month from 12:00-1:00pm
• Participate on committees
• Maintain better than a 75% attendance
• Attend WDCCC Annual Meeting
• Attend Chamber Events regular
• Participation in all Annual Chamber Events

Requirements:

• Business/Organization must be a current member of the chamber in good standing and have been a member for a minimum of two years
• Must attended WDCCC Events
• Active in the community
