Event Description:
This 90-minute training helps participants discover why good people sometimes make bad choices. Knowing more about the psychological tendencies that blind us to right decision and right action helps individuals and organizations better understand and solve their ethical issues. This workshop is designed for any employee to learn more about ethics in the workplace, for a new employee or as a refresher for a group. This session is also a great way for HR leaders to get a look at our Elevate Ethics Workshops. Participants will: Discover why good people sometimes make bad choices Examine and analyze psychological BlindSpots through examples Assess and identify BlindSpots in real life ethics scenarios Develop ways to overcome BlindSpots The workshop will be held at the Harper Center room 3048. Cost is $50.00. Nearby parking is free and a light continental breakfast is provided. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to network. Workshop packets will be provided.
