Event Description:
OCI will break ground April 20th on a new $13 million headquarters in Elkhorn. The 65,000 square foot, 3-story building will be the first multi-tenant Class A office structure in the west Omaha area near 204th and Maple. Initially, OCI’s 46 employees will occupy a majority of the building and the remaining space will be leased to other tenants.
A growing team, demand from brokers, and expansion in the areas of health, life and other insurance products led the company to build. OCI provides backroom support to more than 3,000 insurance agents nationwide and has seen a significant growth in business due to the complexities of health insurance and a growing life insurance brokerage branch. The company is projected to double its number of employees in the next four years.
